Ngong Ping 360 and Metro Broadcast run a 20th-anniversary hiking photography contest on four trails starting from Ngong Ping Village. Registered entrants can buy up to 4 adult round-trip Standard Cabin tickets at HK$88 each (usually HK$295), for use from 8 October to 31 December 2026. A free photography workshop on 15 November 2026, 2pm to 5pm, has 20 places and includes a free round trip that day.

People who have registered for the contest through Metro Broadcast; contest registration runs until 15 November 2026, 11:59pm (workshop registration until 8 November 2026). Entries are due by 25 November 2026, 11:59pm.

How to redeem

After registering, wait for Metro Broadcast's confirmation email with a voucher letter and two QR codes (3 to 5 days). At the Tung Chung or Ngong Ping cable car station ticket office, show an identity document, the email and the voucher letter. Each QR code buys up to 2 tickets, once.

Exclusions

  • Adult round-trip Standard Cabin only, bought in person. Lost or altered voucher letters aren't replaced. QR codes expire after 31 December 2026. Scheduled maintenance days are excluded. Contest terms are on Metro Broadcast's page.
