Advertising disclosure
Readers should always be able to tell an advertisement from our own content. These are the rules we follow.
Advertisements
Advertising is labelled "Advertisements" and shown in a separate box that looks different from offer cards, menus and the buttons that take you to a merchant. We do not design ads to be mistaken for content, and we do not encourage clicks.
Google AdSense
Some advertisements are served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites; the privacy policy explains how to opt out of personalised ads. We do not choose which ads Google shows, and we do not endorse the advertisers.
Sponsored offers
A paid placement is marked "Sponsored". Sponsored offers are never part of the daily Top 3, and payment does not change any score.
Affiliate links
We may earn a commission from some merchant programmes. Any affiliate link is disclosed next to the link and does not influence ranking.
Editorial independence
Advertising and affiliate income never changes how an offer is scored, whether it is published or where it appears in a list. Our editorial policy sets out the ranking method.
