From 1 September to 1 November 2026, My FESTIVAL members who spend HK$1,800 to HK$3,499 at Festival Walk in a day with designated e-payment get a HK$50 e-voucher, or HK$100 for HK$3,500 or more. sim credit card holders get an extra HK$100 or HK$200 e-voucher, and every Friday they can get a HK$300 e-voucher for a HK$1,000 spend.

How to redeem
Bring same-day e-payment receipts to the Customer Service Counter on LG2 (12pm–9pm) between 1 September and 1 November 2026 and redeem the e-voucher.
Exclusions
- Receipts from up to two different merchants, each at least HK$100. Daily quotas are limited, first come first served. Each member can redeem one of Reward 01, Reward 02 or Crazy Friday per day. Festival Walk's terms apply.
Limitations to note
- A minimum spend of HK$1,800 is required.
- The reward is capped at HK$300.
